Shipping Policy

At Risers & Display Atelier, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Heavy/Fragile Items

Because many of our risers and displays are heavy and delicate, we use trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority) to ensure safe delivery. All packages are securely packed with protective materials.

Lost or Damaged Packages
• We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to the carrier.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you with a resolution.

Returns

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace or resolve the issue.
